Delivery and customs

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer as promptly as possible, typically within 2 to 5 working days for deliveries within Canada. Please note that we do not assume responsibility for customs tariffs or other fees. For the most up-to-date information on rates, we recommend consulting your country’s local customs authority website.

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of arrival of your purchase to initiate a return. To proceed, please notify us at info@grecianstyle.com, specifying the product you wish to return and the reason for the return.

We highly recommend contacting us prior to initiating a return. Please note that we can only exchange items of equal value.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. A full refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item, excluding the cost of return shipping. Alternatively, we can exchange the item for a different one if preferred.

Any exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in perfect condition and includes its original packaging. Please send returned products to the following address:

We recommend shipping the package with a tracking number to avoid any loss during transit. Please note that any exchanges for different items will incur new shipping costs, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Change/Cancellations

All orders can only be changed/cancelled within 12 hours from when the order is placed. This includes shipping address, quantity, and variant changes. We process orders quickly so if you could not contact us within 12 hours, you unfortunately will have to wait until you receive your order and return it back to us. If you made a mistake in your shipping address and fail to contact us within 12 hours, unfortunately we cannot guarantee your order will arrive to your correct shipping address.
